Cafergot Suppositories (controlled, not able to ship) may decrease the circulation of blood to your skin, fingers, and toes. You may get more sensitive to the cold. Elderly patients are more likely to feel this effect. Dress warmly and avoid long exposure to the cold.

How much medicine you take and how often you take it depend on many factors, including the condition being treated and the age and weight of the patient. If you have any questions about the amount and/or frequency of Cafergot Suppositories (controlled, not able to ship) you are taking, talk with your health care provider. Do not stop taking Cafergot Suppositories (controlled, not able to ship) without checking with your health care provider. Patients with previous medical conditions should talk with their health care provider before taking Cafergot Suppositories (controlled, not able to ship). Do not take more medicine than prescribed unless advised to do so by your health care provider. Do not take any other over-the-counter or prescription medications without talking with your health care provider. If a dose is missed, take it as soon as possible. If several hours have passed or if it is nearing time for the next dose, do not double the dose to catch up, unless advised by your health care provider. If more than one dose is missed, contact your health care provider or pharmacist. It is important to tell your prescriber or health care professional as soon as possible if you get any of the following side effects: cold, numb, or painful hands or feet; leg cramps when walking; any type of pain around your chest; swelling; itching. These tablets decrease the circulation of blood to your skin, fingers, and toes. You may get more sensitive to the cold. Elderly patients are more likely to feel this effect. Dress warmly and avoid long exposure to the cold. Because Cafergot Suppositories (controlled, not able to ship) contains caffeine, you may wish to limit your intake of caffeinated beverages on the days that you use Cafergot Suppositories (controlled, not able to ship). Alcohol can make headaches worse or bring on a new headache. Therefore, you should avoid alcoholic drinks. Because smoking can increase side effects of Cafergot Suppositories (controlled, not able to ship) you should avoid smoking.

Store Cafergot Suppositories (controlled, not able to ship) in a dry place at room temperature between 59° - 86°F. Keep out of reach of children and pets
