Description
Indications
The combination of fipronil and methoprene is employed for managing and addressing all phases of flea infestations and tick infestations in both dogs and cats. Fipronil serves as a phenylpyrazole antiparasitic agent, while methoprene acts as an insect growth regulator. Together, fipronil and methoprene exhibit efficacy in eliminating both adult and larval fleas, as well as flea eggs. The medication is also effective against all life stages of ticks. The mechanism of action involves interference with the central nervous system of insects, leading to their demise.
