This medicine is used to temporarily relieve swelling of the cornea.Store between 59 and 86 degrees F. Keep tightly closed. Store upright. Immediately replace cap after each use.How much medicine you use and how often you use it depends on many factors, including the condition being treated and the age and weight of the patient. If you have any questions about the amount and/or frequency of the medicine you are using, talk with your health care provider. Carefully read the patient leaflet provided with this medicine and reread it each time you get this prescription refilled. Instill drops in the affected eye(s) as directed by your health care provider. Do not touch the tip of the container to any surface. This may cause contamination. Temporary burning and irritation may occur when being instilled into the eye. Contact your health care provider if you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye, or if condition worsens or persists. Do not use this medicine if solution becomes cloudy or changes color. Patients with previous medical conditions should talk with their health care provider before using this medicine. Do not take any other over-the-counter or prescription medications without talking with your health care provider. This includes any herbal preparations or dietary supplements. Do not use more medicine than prescribed unless advised to do so by your health care provider. Contact your health care provider at once if you feel you have used too much of this medicine. If a dose is missed, use it as soon as possible. If several hours have passed or if it is nearing time for the next dose, do not double the dose to catch up, unless advised to by your health care provider.
