Indication:

Use this medicine with caution if you are using blood thinning medicine. Peptic ulcers and bleeding can occur without warning. If you have heart disease or high blood pressure, this drug can increase water retention.This drug can mask the symptoms of an existing infection. This medicine may cause you to become drowsy or less alert; therefore, driving or operating dangerous machinery or participating in any hazardous activity that requires full mental alertness is not recommended. Indocin may also cause confusion and, rarely, psychosis, especially in older adults.

Do not take any other over-the-counter or prescription medications without talking with your health care provider. If a dose is missed, take it as soon as possible. If several hours have passed or if it is nearing time for the next dose, do not double the dose to catch up, unless advised by your health care provider. If more than one dose is missed, contact your health care provider or pharmacist.

Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to any ingredient in this medicine or to similar medications if you have had asthma attacks caused by aspirin or other drugs of this type, if you have a history of rectal inflammation or recent rectal bleedi
